1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the BUDYZ Pi App, specifically for purchasing the PI Edition Badge NFT.

2. Use of the App

By using the app, you agree to:

Log in using your Pi account
Provide a valid Polygon wallet address
Make full PI payment to receive the NFT

3. NFT Delivery

NFTs are distributed manually or via automation to the wallet address provided.
Only one NFT per Pi account is allowed unless otherwise stated.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are made in PI.
NFT purchases are final and non-refundable.
We cannot reverse payments or transfer NFTs to new wallets after delivery.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Submit false wallet addresses
Attempt multiple claims from different accounts
Exploit the system in any way

Violations may result in your exclusion from future BUDYZ rewards.

Pi Username (provided via Pi Login SDK)
Polygon Wallet Address (manually submitted by user after PI payment)
Transaction Records (payment confirmations and NFT delivery logs)

We do not collect personal information such as names, emails, or phone numbers.

3. How We Use Your Data

To verify eligibility and process PI Edition Badge purchases
To deliver your NFT to the correct Polygon wallet
To improve service reliability and prevent abuse

4. Data Protection

Your data is stored securely and only used for internal operations.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
